www.ToneFactor.com – We decided to lighten the mood a little from our last company spotlight. In this one we get a little trippy with a few Death By Audio pedals. The main rythym guitars were recorded using the DBA Soundwave Breakdown on a Strat into my Dr. Z MAZ 18. The lead and slide parts used the DBA Fuzz War and the DBA Supersonic Fuzz Gun with the same amp and guitar combo. We also had a little Total Sonic Annihilation used in comjunction with the new Tech 21 Boost DLA on the background rythyms. All parts were recorded with DBA pedals going into the MAZ 18, using a simple Shure SM57 for the recording. The guitar is a stock ‘08 Fender Stratocaster H/S/S. Drum programming by Adam D.
